Budget estimate for 30 paying guests + three accompanying staff, November 15–19, 2027. Guest accommodation is based on sharing twin/double rooms; the three accompanying staff have single rooms. Estimated group total: ISK 14,070,000. B2B net to the agency; agency resale margin is additional.

This is a planning estimate, not a firm quotation. Hotel rooms, airline group seats, coach operation and private snowmobile capacity have not been quoted or reserved for these dates. Final price follows supplier confirmation and the agreed room mix.

Included in this estimate

• Four hotel nights with breakfast: Berjaya Akureyri, Fosshotel Mývatn, Fosshotel Húsavík and Center Hotels Laugavegur, or agreed alternatives.
• Return Reykjavík–Akureyri domestic flights, with baggage provision to confirm with the airline.
• Private ground transport, English-speaking local guiding and driver arrangements, including Northern Lights opportunities on the three northern evenings.
• Mývatn snowmobiling with shared machines and provided safety equipment, subject to snow and a suitable private group arrangement.
• Earth Lagoon admission, Húsavík whale watching and Perlan, subject to access, schedules and operating conditions.
• Two lunches: Vogafjós and a hotel-prepared packed lunch; two dinners: welcome and farewell.
• The three accompanying staff’s accommodation, domestic travel, included meals and activity allowance.

All-meals option: indicative ISK 535,000 per paying guest, including five lunches and four dinners, plus the four hotel breakfasts. Arrival-day breakfast is not included. Drinks beyond ordinary meal service are separate.

Guest single-room supplement: estimated ISK 60,000 for four nights; subject to room availability. Triple-room pricing follows the final room mix.

Programme notes

Earth Lagoon replaces Blue Lagoon in this northern programme. An ice cave is not included. International flights, personal insurance, unlisted meals and optional upgrades are excluded.

Snowmobiling requires sufficient snow and a confirmed arrangement for the full group; the standard operator group limit is 16. Dettifoss requires suitable winter access. Goðafoss on Day 4 depends on sufficient time after sailing and a late flight south. Northern Lights opportunities are included; sightings depend on conditions.

Final domestic connections, restaurant openings and hotel availability are to be confirmed. No services are reserved. Deposit and cancellation terms will accompany the confirmed supplier-backed quotation.
